Wanna drive away your Winter blues and get out of your 2020 funk? Join our BollyHIIT Dance fitness sessions!
Get ready for a new and improved BollyHIIT format, where we groove to the beats of Bollywood Music, while de-stressing, staying accountable, burning calories while dancing and being a part of a community! BollyHIIT combines workout techniques, basic athletic stance and dance moves to create an intense HIIT workout. This semester we will be adding some body weight resistance exercises as well as abdominal workout to the mix. BollyHIIT dance workouts bring together friends and Bollywood lovers from all over the world who love to groove to new and old Desi tunes and mixes.
Every class will themed differently with a medley of 8-10 songs to ensure a total body workout. Our themes this semester range from Bhangra, Bollywood, Belly, Madhuri, Govinda, SRK as well as festival specific celebratory song playlists for our workout classes and a few choreographies thrown in for fun.
Our Winter 2021 BollyHIIT sessions will now be conducted every Monday & Wednesday at 7:30 pm on Zoom.
