SDA Mentorship Program

The SDA Mentorship Program is a holistic offering to inculcate character, personality and skills. We encourage our mentees to participate in all aspects of our academy like instructing, assisting seniors, event production, chaperoning, performing, and production assistance for stage. Apart from the vocational training, our program focuses on developing self-confidence, determination, integrity, discipline, a sense of responsibility and commitment and dignity of labor. Our Teaching assistants learn from our Teaching staff and in turn are able to utilize invaluable skills and knowledge gathered over their hands on training in all walks of life.
The program is devised such that they are exposed to all aspects of teaching instruction, event and showcase management. Most of the program participants often interact with those younger than them, learning compassion, kindness, empathy and care.

SDA Mentorship Projects-

• Musical Productions- Choreography Assistant, Backstage Manager, Props Manager, Sound Tech

• Dance Classes- Mentoring and Guiding Bollywood Beginners and Bollywood I students

• Holiday Camps- Teaching Assistants for Science experiments, crafts, Playtime activities, Dance

• SDA Showcases and other Events- Backstage management, Lighting & Tech, Prop handling, Ushering
