Winter 2026 Show Day Instructions-

Performers must use the form above to identify their dress rehearsal timings, show timings, footwear, make up and hairstyle instructions.

Show Time Information-

  • Frank R Conwell Middle School (MS4): 107 Bright Street, Jersey City, NJ

  • Saturday January 17th, 2026

  • 2 Shows: 3:00pm Show (each show is ~ 1.5 hours long)
    5:30pm Show (each show is ~ 1.5 hours long)

  • Tickets:

    • Tickets are on SALE NOW

    • Please double check your show time before purchasing tickets.

    • Assigned Seating: Mobile purchases receive automatic seat assignments. For selecting your own seats, please use a desktop or laptop.

  • Performer: 

    • Drop Off Time: 30 minutes before Showtime. ONLY one parent at drop off line or counter.

    • Performers DO NOT NEED to purchase tickets for the show.

    • Performers must show up with full costume and hair done according to their group specific instruction provided above.

    • In order to adhere to the strict timelines of our shows and in case students have skin allergies, SDA will not be able to assist performers with makeup and hair backstage.

    • ABSOLUTELY NO Devices, Food, Water Bottles, Backpacks, Hats, Scarves, Gloves, Coats etc. will be allowed backstage.

    • SDA Showcase Auditorium and Greenrooms are a NUT FREE ZONE. For the safety and security of all performers, please DO NOT BRING any snacks to the venue.

Technical/Dress Rehearsal Information-

  • Saturday January 17th, 2026

    • Please arrive (or bring your child) ON TIME. We are working with a very tight tech rehearsal schedule and cannot delay or hold the stage for any performer. Late arrivals will forfeit their scheduled tech rehearsal window.

    • Only one parent per child will be allowed into the building at the time of technical rehearsals.

    • Parents will not be allowed to watch the technical rehearsal and must wait in the waiting area.

    • Parent/guardian MUST pick up their child and EXIT THE BUILDING after child’s technical rehearsal is complete.

    • Arrive in full costume (with inner), full makeup and hair for technical rehearsals.

  • Costumes-

    • Parent/guardian MUST pick up their child and EXIT THE BUILDING after child’s technical rehearsal is complete. Costumes will be handed out in the second to last class before the show.
