At Shehnaaz Dance Academy (SDA), we offer a dynamic range of classes designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and cultural connection in students of all ages and experience levels. From foundational training to advanced performance work, our programs balance technical skill-building with joyful artistic expression.

SDA’s offerings include Bollywood, Hip Hop, and BollyJazz, along with classical training in Kathak and Bharatanatyam and cultural immersion through our Rangmanch Indian theater program at our various studio locations.

Our semester-based performance programs culminate in a costumed choreography performed on stage at the SDA Showcase, giving students the opportunity to celebrate their progress and share their learning through a live performance experience. Performers also participate in a mandatory dress rehearsal to prepare for the stage.
Please note that our classical training programs will focus on technique, theory, and artistic development and will not participate in the SDA Fall Showcase 2026.

  • Browse the Dance Fall 2026 or Cultural Theater Fall 2026 season.

  • Register and complete payment to reserve your spot.

  • Important!! Post class registration, please add your performer’s standard costume size for the Fall Showcase 2026!
    For Web portal: Select Costumes from the left-hand menu and enter size for each listed costume.
    For Studio App: Select More > Costumes at the bottom menu and enter size for each listed costume.

  • We have also added a new option to allow parents to grant Self Dismissal Permission in the portal.

  • As a general guideline, students typically must complete a minimum of three semesters at each level before progressing to the next. This allows them to build a strong technical foundation, gain confidence, and master the skills needed for more advanced choreography.
