Adults Bolly Dance session intends to be a fun-filled evening allowing you to learn some moves and have fun! Our hour long session will:

• Begin with a warm up
• BollyMasala Workouts
• A Choreographed dance sequence set to one of the latest Bollywood tracks
• A Surprise Dance Camaraderie segment
• And finish with a cooldown!

Come dressed in easy to move, comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and small towel to help you stay comfortable during the session. Be prepared to sweat and move it!
