BollyHIIT is a high intensity interval training dance workout set to foot tapping Bollywood beats. 50 minutes of core strengthening, cardio, plyometrics, glutes, and abs for a total body workout. The moves are high energy and have a Bollywood flair to them. Sessions often have a theme such as Bhangra, Hip Hop, Item numbers, etc. to keep things engaging and fun. Furthermore, classes also teach a minute choreography one session a month allowing our frequent attendees to be able to perform a fully choreographed piece at the end of the season.
Our hour long session will:
- Begin with a warm up
- BollyMasala Workouts
- A Choreographed dance sequence to a Bollywood track (once a month)
- And finish with a cooldown!
Come dressed in easy to move, comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and small towel to help you stay comfortable during the session. Be prepared to sweat and move it!
