Spring 2026 Show Day Instructions-

Performers must use this form above to identify their tech/dress rehearsal timings, show timings, footwear, make up and hairstyle instructions.

Show Time Information-

  • Frank R Conwell Middle School (MS4): 107 Bright Street, Jersey City, NJ

  • Saturday June 6th, 2026

  • 2 Shows: 2:00pm Show (each show is ~ 1.5 hours long)
    5:30pm Show (each show is ~ 1.5 hours long)

    Tickets:

    • Tickets are on sale now

    • Please double check your show time before purchasing tickets.

    • Tickets will be available for purchase until 6:30pm EST on Saturday, June 6th, 2026

    • Assigned Seating: Seat purchased on mobile devices will be auto assigned by the system. To be able to select your desired seats, please use the desktop or laptop to purchase tickets.

  • Performer: 

    • Each group will perform only in ONE of the 2 shows - either 2:00pm or 5:30pm.

    • Drop Off Time: 30 minutes before Showtime. ONLY one parent at drop off.

    • Performers DO NOT NEED to purchase tickets for the show.

    • Performers must show up with full costume and hair done according to their group specific instruction provided above.

    • In order to adhere to the strict timelines of our shows and in case students have skin allergies, SDA will not be able to assist performers with make up and hair backstage.

Technical/Dress Rehearsal Information-

  • Frank R Conwell Middle School (MS4): 107 Bright Street, Jersey City, NJ

    • Ensure to check your performer’s tech schedule on the form above. Each group has only ONE tech slot for the show.

    • Since we are on an extremely tight tech schedule, please bring your child ON TIME for their technical rehearsal so they miss their tech window

    • All performers MUST BE picked up promptly after their tech rehearsal slot is over.

    • Only one parent per child will be allowed into the building at the time of technical rehearsals.

    • Parents will not be allowed to watch the technical rehearsal and must wait in the waiting area.

    • Parent/guardian MUST pick up their child and EXIT THE BUILDING after child’s technical rehearsal is complete.

    • Arrive in full costume (with inner), full make up and hair for technical rehearsals.

Costumes-

  • Costumes will be handed out in the last class before the show.

  • Makeup and Hair instructions are clearly stated in the form above.
